What we collect
When you send one of our forms, we receive what you typed: your name, phone number, email, project address and ZIP code, what you'd like built, and the budget range you picked. If you arrived from an ad, we also record which ad brought you (the ad click ID and campaign details), so we know what's working.
If you text or call instead, we have your number the same way anyone you text or call does.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you about your project — that's the whole point. Form submissions go into the customer management system we use (Zuops) so we can respond quickly and keep track of the conversation.
Text messages
When you send a form, you agree that Massey Landscaping can text and call the number you gave about your project, including automated follow-up texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. We never share your number or your text consent with anyone for their marketing.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the tools we use to run the business. We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Analytics and advertising
This site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies and may collect your IP address, device type, and pages visited. When you send a form, we may share a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email, phone number and address with Google and Meta so they can tell us which ads led to a request. They can't read it as plain text. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and the site works fine without them.
