How much does a fire pit and seating wall cost?
Fire pit and seating-wall projects typically start around $6,000. Full outdoor rooms — patio, seating, fire feature and lighting together — run $25,000 and up. Custom builds are priced individually after we walk the space.
Gas or wood-burning fire pit?
Wood-burning costs less and gives you a real fire. Gas lights with a switch, burns clean and makes sense if you'll use it on weeknights — but it needs a gas line run to it, which adds scope. We'll talk through which one fits how you actually use the yard.
Can you add a fire pit or seating to my existing patio?
Usually, yes. Tying into a patio that's already there is generally cheaper than starting from scratch, as long as the existing base is sound. We'll check it during the visit.
Do you build water features?
Yes — from small bubbling boulders and basins to stone waterfalls. Water features are a great way to add sound and movement without a big footprint.
How long does an outdoor living project take?
Smaller fire pit and seating projects can be done in a few days. Full outdoor rooms take longer, depending on size and how many elements are involved. You get a schedule with your estimate.
